1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide through the Connect form, including your name, email address, inquiry type, message, and any other information you choose to include. Our website and service providers may also automatically receive limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and the date and time of your visit, for website operation, security, and spam prevention.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate requests concerning athlete and content creator representation, partnerships, media, appearances, and events; communicate with you; operate, secure, and improve the website; prevent fraud, spam, and abuse; comply with law; and protect the rights, safety, and property of IronHouse Sports and others.

3. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to vendors that help us host, secure, maintain, and operate the website or deliver form submissions; to professional advisers when reasonably necessary; when required by law, legal process, or governmental request; to protect legal rights or safety; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of our business. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Form Processing and External Links

Connect-form submissions are processed by a third-party form-delivery provider and forwarded to IronHouse Sports. This website may also link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and IronHouse Sports is not responsible for those practices.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for security, bot protection, basic functionality, and performance. We do not currently use cookies for targeted advertising.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining appropriate business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

Individuals under 13 should not submit information through this website. A parent or legal guardian may submit an inquiry on the child’s behalf.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through this website, please contact us so that we can review and delete it as appropriate.

8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted through this website, or ask questions about our privacy practices, by emailing privacy@ironhousesports.com. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your request and may retain information when permitted or required by law.

9. California Privacy Rights

This section applies to California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”), applies to IronHouse Sports.

During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories of personal information described in this policy, including identifiers such as a name, email address, and IP address; internet or other electronic network activity such as browser, device, referral, and visit information; and professional, educational, athletic, creator, or other information that a person voluntarily includes in an inquiry. We collect this information directly from individuals, automatically from their devices, and from service providers that help operate and secure the website. We use and disclose it for the business purposes described in Sections 2 and 3. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under the CCPA.

Subject to applicable exceptions, California residents may have the right to request that we disclose the personal information we collect, use, and disclose; provide access to specific pieces of personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; delete personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information. California residents also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable privacy rights.

To submit a California privacy request, email privacy@ironhousesports.com and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority to make the request. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf, but we may require proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly. We will respond as required by applicable law.
